Dear Doctor,
As discussed, here is my update:
- Symptoms are substantially improved: the heaviness / discomfort due to pudendal nerve inflammation is almost gone (80-90% improvement)
- Night trips down to 1 (from 2-3 previously), during the day sometimes 6-8 hours depending on water intake, the flow much better, almost no dripping, bladder feels much more relaxed
- And most important, my severe (acute) symptoms that required me to take antibiotics for several month did not come back – I see 100% success here!
I’m continue to follow your diet and life style directions. Please let me know if you have any other recommendations, medications, supplements if any.

Now I am reporting:
I fell wery well,actually one-two week and i will fell perfect like 2 years ago.
I have erection, i wake up with erection.. that problem i think it is now ok.
The only problem I have is the color of my sperm. It is actually a darker color. Before it was very dark, but now it’s a lot brighter .I belive that will be go back to normal after 1-3 weeks moore. I supose that it is actually blood that is slowly disappearing, and this requires a process.
I didn´t had sexual intercourse for the simple reason because of the color of my my sperm.
I started working out at the gym and worked exercises of which I had pain in the prostate. But now the next day I got sore muscles, but i don´t have pain in the prostate, so this is another confirmation of my recovery. The stream of urine is getting better, especially after I finished to use the clipper 60ml.
I have a one question ..i forgot to ask you the last time I saw you.
Can I sometimes take a Cialis? I don´t have problem with erection but i wont to ask. Becouse if you tell me thah can be harmful for my prostata I will not take thake anymoore.

Dr. I am a new man! I have no more pain in my back, scrotum or penis. I don’t have to pee every 15 minutes any more.

I doubt you remember me as you must see so many patients but I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail. I’ve been completely symptom free for many months now, so good in fact I celebrated my return to good health by taking a 2 month holiday to allow the body to fully heal and have lots of fun. Not even a hint of relapse, just a constantly improving positive trend.Without the infiltrations to attack the capsule and calcifications you found, I wholly believe i would still be fighting the disease. (however it may be worth saying, it was repeating oral antibiotics very soon after the infiltrations that really did the trick) On a side note, while fighting prostatitis for a number of years was severely debilitating it was also exceptionally fascinating. It was a terrible experience that created a wonderful spark of fascination in medicine and the desire to help others with suffering and so I have begun my applications to medical school.

Two months have passed and I finished taking medicamentation you prescribed to me. In general I feel much better, thank you for your help.
However as I finished applying atrolin couple weeks ago – some symptoms came back: feel pain (mostly burning) in my anus, occassionally feel pain at the bottom of my bely, and what worries me most is that I almost feel no pleasure when I have orgasm after sex.
Defenitely I feel better and appreciate yor help, but I still have some problems left . Do you think I should just wait a bit and do nothing for now or there is something else we can try?

I have been feeling 97%!! Grazie mille.
During my last visit you encouraged me to not give up on looking for a relationship. Two months ago I met a very nice lady and we have been dating. A month ago we started being intimate, using condom. Everything is OK, no symptoms.
You mentioned that using a condom is not ideal for a relationship and my girl-friend feels the same. So we both went for blood testing (HIV, Chlamydia, etc.) and she also went to her gynecologist for cultivation (I told her of my recurring problems). We are waiting for the results with the prospect of starting a non-condom relationship.
Please let me know if you would see me if symptoms occur again. Thank you.

Dear Prof. Dr. Guercini,
First of all, let me thank you again for the consultation, the tests and the procedure performed during my visit on Monday. Though it is early to assess the final outcome, the visit has given me the assurance that my problem finally is being handled with the necessary care and expertise! I hope to be able to report some more visible progress towards recovery soon.
I was able to supply all prescribed medication and started the treatment immediately on Monday evening.
For now, I can say that I have not noticed any side effects from the procedure. The only two things I have noticed so far are increased frequency and quantity of urination as well as somewhat unusual sleepiness. The latter was to be expected, as you kindly explained, and so far has not affected substantially my daily routine. Pain and discomfort have indeed slightly decreased but are still present.

I am writing you this to confirm that I am perfectly fine after exactly three months of Vesicare treatment.
I have now applied for a reimbursement from the Swedish national health insurance for the treatments you gave me. They say that they will reimburse me but not based only on the journal I received from you regarding the investigation. They would also like to know more about the treatments that you gave me.
So I would be very grateful if you could provide me with a few lines from your journal both what treatment you gave me and what pharmacies / antibiotics that you used before the Vesicare treatment. It is perfectly fine if you just drop me a few lines in a return mail that has been copied fro your journal. They say that it would be OK for them.
Finally once again, thank you very much for an excellent outcome of your treatment.
